Limiting Self Belief is a transformative 6-week course designed to help individuals break free from the internal narratives that hold them back. These beliefs often stem from early life experiences, repeated emotional wounds, or societal conditioning—and they shape the way we show up in our lives. is a 6-week course designed to help individuals examine the habits that quietly shape their lives—especially the ones that no longer serve them. Often, we find ourselves stuck in patterns of behavior that bring short-term comfort but long-term regret. These can include emotional eating, self-isolation, procrastination, or negative self-talk. This course dives into the why behind these habits, exploring the emotional and psychological roots that keep us repeating the same cycles. You’ll begin to uncover how early experiences, learned responses, and unmet emotional needs have contributed to the routines you may now feel powerless to change.

Throughout the course, we focus on education, self-reflection, and actionable strategies. You'll learn how the brain wires habits, how triggers activate old responses, and what it takes to build new, sustainable behaviors. The holiday season can be isolating for those carrying invisible burdens—this program is designed to help you navigate those difficult emotions without pressure to pretend you’re okay.

Each week explores a unique theme—from managing overwhelming emotions and setting healthy boundaries, to dealing with loneliness, grief triggers, and the guilt that can come from not meeting others’ expectations. You'll learn practical strategies for staying grounded, creating realistic plans, and finding small moments of peace even in the midst of heartache. The sessions include reflection activities, self-care tools, and gentle guidance that speaks to the reality of surviving—not just decorating—the season.

This group acknowledges that grief doesn’t follow a neat timeline, and healing isn’t about forgetting—it’s about learning how to carry your love and your loss together. Together, we’ll honor your story, no matter what stage of grief you’re in.

Most importantly, you’ll leave each session with real-life coping strategies to manage day-to-day challenges. From developing self-care routines and support systems to building resilience and hope, our work will focus on helping you move forward without pressure or judgment.
